I bought this EF ages ago and never used it. It cuts and embosses all at once. So the white spots you see on the front of the card are actually the inside. I Embossed my card front and then masked the card back so I could paint on the acrylic paint. I snaded the acrylic. It took a lot of sanding. Then I used Distress Oxide - Faded Denim to add the darker color. Wiped off the excess from the paint and added a thanks sentiment, stacked three high.

It DOES take a lot of sanding, doesn't it. But I've always liked the end result of this technique. I like that you used two blues for a monochrome effect.

Wow what an incredible emboss folder and I love that it cuts and embosses at once. Makes for a very beautiful card. The addition of the added color adds to the over all look and feel too.
