I'd like to do something with washi tape, but when DH wanted a masculine card to send to a friend who plays sax, clarinet and cornet, I pulled this stamp out and thought that the faux leather with masking tape would work with it. I embossed the faux leather piece with a Darice music ef and sponged with rusty hinge. Image fussy-cut, and popped up over the music die-cut which was a RAK. Added the sentiment as an afterthought, but it obviously was a good one because DH calls it the " rejoice card", not "the one with the sax".

Your sax looks Amazing, Sabrina, very sophisticated! The black music notes are a nice backdrop for it and of course your faux leather adds such a nice overall vintage look to this masculine card~

I love the faux leather technique. It has been a while since I did it and really love how it looks on cards. I am sure DH loves this card for his friend.
