For this challenge I chose the Agatha Christie guest room with its beautiful wall of windows with a gorgeous ocean view. I loved the cozy couch with pillows placed directly in front of the windows, and the floral drapes framing them. Oh, and the potted plant off to the side which gave the room a very homey feel. I added a stack of books on the floor simply because, well, there just had to be some books in the scene since it is the Agatha Christie room.

What a wonderful scene. I like the piles of books on the floor - I'm a bit like that here but without a decoy duck to make them look pretty. And the view - fantastic! The added pot plant is a great detail.

You should hire out. You designed this room very well. I believe I have some of the same "fabric" of your drapes. The pile of books is just perfect as well as all the sail boats!

The couch reminds me of my own couch! I can easily picture myself in your scene book in hand, occasionally looking out as the sailboats float by. What a great card!

Have you every noticed when beginning to write a comment and you happen to glance up and above your reply box, you see...the exact same words you were just a millisecond before were going to type? donnajeanne...yes, a Room with a View!!!
I love all the little details here, Linda. I even spied the scallops on the hem of the curtains. The potted plant is
in perfect position. You've even placed a throw on the couch to wrap in while waiting for your hot something or other to be delivered! Great card.
