Playing with my new Taylored Expressions blending brushes - the jury is still out as to whether or not I like them, but they worked good enough for this card.
Ink blended on some PTI Stamper's Select. Die cut stitched panel, then sprayed with clear shimmer spray.
Next, I die cut the CELEBRATE word from Catherine Pooler. Set the positive image aside for a second card. Die cut the CELEBRATE from black glitter card stock and inlaid into my ink blended panel.
Sprayed a panel of black textured Bazzill card stock with clear shimmer spray.
Assembled my card.
IRL, this is a thing of shimmery beauty. The shimmer spray on the textured card stock really pulled the card together.
