I did this little painting over the weekend because I'm obsessed with CeeCee's Creations. She is a watercolor artist from Montreal and her painting and doodling creations are so beautiful. She often is in Muse crisis and I don't understand why, as she does glorious pieces. She questions and is very critical of herself, which I also don't get. But maybe that works for her.
The bottom piece: yes, a round piece of gold metallic corrugated cardboard from a round Easter bread I bought myself. The bread wasn't very good but I knew I should save the plate it was on. I also doodled some scallops on the sides of the painting. I have been having a lot of fun creating the last few days and isn't that what it's all about?!

Loving all your unique elements...you, of course, were right to save it! The free stylish botanicals are lovely as well as the delicate color palette. Well done, EJ

Those doodled scallops are very impressive, I was wondering if they were a stamp except the card is so textured it would be hard to stamp on. Love your doodled wildflowers, especially the top right one.

Now, I REALLY like this! Your pastel colours combined with the gold touches look fabulous. Love the dots following the edges of your stems and leaves. How wonderful that your not very good bread should help produce this. :-) Love it!
