I made two cards using today's sketch from Sonja; I did both of them as the suggested fold and I had a blast card making today. Everything just fell into place. This one is slightly smaller than A2 because my handmade papers were narrow.
This one is for Julie, our tea party recipient. To her closest friends, she is Wonder Woman. Thanks, Jen, for hosting! Stars are where I live, so no problem there. I have made a promise to myself to use more decorative paper so I went through my box of small pads, like Basic Grey, and found this pad of handmade papers from India. Came across the striped one with the gold dots....eureka! Added strips of another paper on the edges and that's where this went. I have a lovely sentiment from the set about friends that I'll use inside.

Oh, Jean. This is lovely. Great striped paper and design. Love that sentiment. Hopefully Julie will be able to fly smoothly (as much as possible) through this health crisis.

Glad you made yourself that promise to use what you have because these are beautiful papers and they work great on the card sketch. Love that sentiment and it's perfect surrounded by stars. Fabulous card and I think Julie will adore this.
