Made two of the paintings and used them for these cards. Added wink of stella to the butterfly, stenciled the background and added border and lines with a copic marker. The dragon fly card was made with a dauber and ink for the polka dots. Added gold ink for splatters and printed the sentiment with a micron marker. Hope you can join us this week and create your own beauties to share.

Two beauties, Linda. I love your butterfly and dragonfly and I also love the polka dots and stencilling. Fantastic work.

Both of your cards are gorgeous! I really like how you framed them with the patterned backgrounds! I am really drawn to the ink dauber circle bg! Simply beautiful watercolor!

Your cards are wonderful and your paintings are certainly the reason for that. Both are beautifully executed. Love the details you added in the wings along with the cool shading. Fabulous.

Beautiful cards...love your butterfly and dragonfly and the splatters. The stencil is also so good behind your butterfly. Love to see your watercolouring. TFS. Happy day

Both gorgeous cards my friend - Love the stencil behind your purple butterfly for an added bit of whimsy. I'm betting the WOS on the wings is fabulous IRL. The dragonfly is just as awesome with that long, lean supple looking body ( I have a hard time doing long and lean since I put on weight - it seems to transfer to everything I do _LOL) Totally cool veining in all the wings.
