One of these days I'm going to use all of the die cuts from that city scape set including the buildings and trees. I love how they work for sea creatures though.
The bubbly background was a technique I where you have a flat container with water, ink, and a bit of dish soap. You use a straw to blow into it to make it all bubbly and lay the paper on to capture those bubbles. I did it over and over and have a nice bunch of backgrounds.
(I just replaced the photo. The scanned one was blurry because of the layering.)
And I replaced it again because I needed a 90th card for my brother-in-law and this was almost perfect. Just needed some party hats & a banner.
