Our special hostess this week is Karen and boy howdy has she selected some magnificent blue colors! I'm sure without a doubt your going to love working with these colors... Pacific Point, Pool Party, and Old Olive with the dessert option of "anything spring".
My design this week has a little story... have you ever 'started' to design a card and left it in pieces for months in a baggie? Well, if you're not guilty, I am. With that said, Karen's colors choices brought this stashed away card to mind, I feel a little guilty that I used Balmy Blue in leu of Pool Party but I praying you won't hold it against me and that it's close enough in color.
This card also provided a great opportunity to use a couple of retiring items, To a Wild Rose Bundle, and the Ornate Border dies. I'm so sad to see the scallop border die go as it's one of my favorites, however, I'm sure there will be a new one to replace it soon.
Please 'DO' be blue this week and join us in this week's challenge, we would love to have you join us! Did you catch the pun there, blue? Haha!
Thank you for taking a look and have a blessed day!
LeAnn

OK, your card is beautiful! The edging on the white panel is lovely, as is the expertly colored flower. But what I want to know is how you always have something perfect to put in the photo with your card. I notice it every week, but this week is just too amazing!

Gorgeous LeAnn! I love the flowers with that lacy edge. I've only had the accidental find of a not-yet-finished card happen a few times. It always feels so good when that happens.
