hi there,
This week it's my turn to host the TLC Challenge that I'm calling Sanded Embossing. TLC840~ Sanded Embossing~ {03/29/2021} by k dunbrook at Splitcoaststampers
I created the bkg using an painted panel that was a roll off when I was using my Gel Plate. It wasn't pretty but was transformed after I embossed it with and embossing folder and sanded off the raised areas.
I hope you will play along with us.
thanks for looking,

I love this card and am so eager to try this technique! I love doing a variety of techniques with my embossing folders.

No one would guess this was ugly before you transformed it. Beautiful now!

I highly doubt you could make anything truly ugly...maybe it just didn't turn out the way you hoped it would. I have so many backgrounds, I won't know where to start. None ugly, of course. I like to think of them as 'creative opportunities.' What a lovely, sweet, perfect card for a new bunny in the family.

Beautiful result, Karen! This technique takes me back to when I started cardmaking - I think I used my sanding block on just about every card! Time to dig that out again!
