For Sonja's VSN Challenge, I decided to try the Embossed Marble Background technique. But I can't find my spray adhesive! So I just covered the paper with Versa Mark and it worked out just fine. I made this card on my Zoom call last night, so I got some good advice from my dear SCS friends. This Wow embossing powder is really neat, but the black and white bits don't want to stick to the Versa Mark and they also fly right off if you use the heat gun on top. I had to shoot the heat at the bottom of the paper and it still took FOREVER to melt. I'm very happy with the end result though. I was inspired by the general theme of Sonja's challenge to die cut my background into mountains.

Love that you cut the mountains from your thick embossing. It is true that you have to heat from below or all the bits blow away. Well worth the effort. Thanks for playing in my challenge.
