I die cut balloons out of gold metallic and glitter papers and layered them over a smooshed water color paper panel using Kitsch Flamingo Dox ink.
The thin frames are die cut out of gold metallic paper with Geometric Winter Frame Die and layered around the Rose Gold embossed sentiment.
I put 3 of the balloons up on foam dots around the frame. I had tied thin gold thread around each balloon for its 'string'.
I held my breath and splattered the panel with Bronze water color paint. (you never quite know how splattering will go!) Then I added tiny gold stars on the panel and on 3 of the balloons.
Thanks for this fun site today Julie!

The thin geometric gold frames really tie this whole card together both emphasizing your embossed sentiment and giving those pretty balloons a place to call home so they didn't float away in the rosy pink sky beyond. Gotta love your gold stars (same ones I used on my card today)
