Hello and TFL,
Here is my humorous version of the 'stacked animal' trend of art. It made me laugh OUT LOUD! and i hope it does that for you, too : )
I used the Tim Holtz Critters die, in a fun adult way.
I added a circle die for the bodies of the bunny & pig, used the Duck's die feet for the bunnies feet, used the extra Bunny ears for the Pig's feet (cut a tiny triangle in each one for hooves),
i cut the bunny tale from a scrap of paper, and the butterfly die is from old S U embosslit of butterflies.
Used the backside of the Prima Spring Farm House journaling card paper for my center vintage script strip of paper that i sewed on both edges.
I modeled this card after the 'stacked animal' image on the first page of this journaling card booklet.
I am new to sewing, don't judge... i will improve.lol
I used a Prima stencil, flourish from yrs ago stash, and Hand Wrote the sentiment on top. Wrapped linen thread and tied around one of them and didn't on the other. ANY THOUGHTS? better with or without the Linen twine?
I hope you enjoy and it makes you LAUGH! that is the point to this card, we all need a laugh : ) Take good care. Teresa
