These AI girls really know how to celebrate and today we are celebrating BIG at the Tea Party. Louise Utterback is turning 108! WOW!
This week's theme is Birthday Bingo and I used the diagonal: large image, texture, number 108. We were also asked to use bright colors, so I pulled out some higher numbered COPICs which I rarely use but I needed some "bright".
I used my brush markers to ink up the individual words on the bg stamp. Then fussy cut around the top of the image and adhered it to the bg panel. Glued that panel to a very bright purple glitter panel and then onto the blue card base. The top is a bit busy -- but, hey, this is a BIG celebration -- so I stacked the numbers three high so they stood out a bit more. I tried to place the numbers so it looked like they were being tossed into the air with the confetti. I didn't have a Bingo card, but I'm hoping Jennifrann will sneak me a cookie just because I used her favorite -- glitter paper.
Someday, when art historians analyze my cards for deep meaning and symbolism in my artwork, they will make a judgment about the number placement. But, it isn't deep at all. I just thought it would be fun. And, I hope Louise has fun opening all the fabulous cards headed her way and that her remarkable day is remarkable in every way. And, I hope you have fun today too! TFL.

Excellent stacking on those numbers, Debbie. Your coloring on the gals looks super. Love the glittery purple border and all the diff. colored balloons. This is totally celebrating in style and says so much fun is to be had on a special day for a special woman.
