With her beachy vibe and similar sentiment I went with this stamp set. I was pretty bummed that my stitched oval dies left quite a big mat between the sizes. So, I switched it up slightly by adding a sentiment panel and the embossed layer.

The first thing that caught my eye is the woven basket embossing, Michelle - oh my gosh, I know that I need that! It is the perfect background for the stamped elements - the sunset has beautifully blended colors! I also like the little details you added - from the coral, to the sand dollar and the enamel dots!
