I like to make cards in the usual A2 size, but for some reason I really like shaking it up with smaller or even square cards. So this month's Misti Monday is perfect for me. I used the Misti to stamp everything but it was really helpful with making sure the words stood out over the lips.
I've been in pain for over 2 weeks now (doctor said it should be stopping soon and I'm looking forward to that), so I went with some of my favorite comfort things: fashion, makeup, and roses. Despite the fact that the stamps I used came from two different companies, it's like they were made to go together. I really like how this one looks.
You can't really see it but the background has more lips decorating it and a golden ribbon going across. I wanted to add more gold without adding to the already-busy front.
Supplies used:
- Stamps: Stampin' Up Dressed to Impress and Gina K. Timeless Beauty
- Inks: Stampin' Up Regal Rose, Brilliance Pearlescent Orchid, and Momento Tuxedo Black
- Coloring was done with a mix of Copics, Stampin' Blends, and glittery gel pens.
