Nicely done on those tulips - taking them "out of the box" on both edges adds lots of interest and the scattering of red sequins marries your panels nicely.

I see several people thought of gingham. It's funny, I don't associate it with red. I think maybe because I made this revolting garment out of purple gingham as my Home Economics project when I started secondary school. I'd been sewing for years, so I was bored and I didn't like the colour. Now, if only it had been red I might have enjoyed the class more! It's lovely with your tulips and scatter of sequins.
