My first stamp set was Lovely As A Tree and it remains one of my all time favorites. I used it with a blended oxide ink BG (those didn't exist back in 2005) and dug out my Stamp-a-ma-jig for positioning. I was really intrigued with yesterday's sketch challenge and the front flap card design, so I used that. The oxide inks were blended on a mixed media panel, the front flap was cut from the panel and attached to the cocoa bean panel. I cut the oval and stamped the sentiment, attaching it just on the left side.

Your blended colors make such a pretty bg for your single evergreen tree, Sue. It took me awhile to get that stamp set, but I'm so glad I did and will never let it go.

Very clever of you to cut the sponged ombre panel into 3 sections to adorn your front flap card. The colors are so soothing and the tree is, of course, a classic. Thanks for taking the double dare. I look forward to seeing more fun folds from you in the months to come.
