The idea for the scallop/cycloid edge punched to look like eyelet lace was CASEd from a very creative lady on SCS whose name I no longer recall.
I cut the wave pattern from the front of a white card blank, punched the holes using my McGill 1/16" hand punch, and then adhered a blue rectangle onto the underside of the front of the card. Trimmed a piece of the blue swirly paper to fit on the front of the card, and cut the wave pattern to match the wave on the card blank by placing the PP inside the card and holding it in place while I trimmed using the first wave cut as a template.
I printed the greeting on white CS and tore and curled the edges, layered sheer navy ribbon on top of vellum, and then layered the flower on top of the navy square on top of a vellum square, holding everything in place with adhesive and a brad.
