It is my week to issue the Watercolor Wednesday Challenge and it is all about Northern Lights and Winter Landscape. I made two cards this week, one watercoloring the Northern Lights and using a stamp for the scene (this one) and one watercoloring the complete scene. See my other card: WCW035, Northern Lights/Winter Landscape by Benzi at Splitcoaststampers
Stamped my trees with Versafine Onyx Black ink. Watercolored the sky in a bit of a swirl using a flat brushes, no. #10 and a 1/2". Sponged my snowbanks and added a few trees coming up from under the snow. I added the stars with a white gel pen. The sentiment is for a masculine birthday.

This is a gorgeous scene too! I love that you are sharing two cards. one with stamped trees! This is brilliant! I love the little snowbank border with the sentiment! Beautiful!

Oh, wow, Brenda - where do I start? Utter perfection! And the snowdrifts and tree detail you added below the stunner-of-a-painting are icing on the cake!
