I use my scissors all the time as my favorite technique is Paper Tole-3D.
I cut my images by hand into several layers and make them 3D.
This image with glasses-flowers and gift are from an old decoupage sheet from Hetty Meeuwsen.
For the folding part I followed a tutorial by Sonja de Ruig for Craft Sensations:30/09/2020.
I made a pocket on the front part of the card with tag for a personal message.
