Slide off the belly band and the left and right sides open to reveal the inside of the card.
I did not have a die to cut the curved opening, so I used my scissors, laying the patterned paper underneath the closed "gates" of the card. I held the cardstock and patterned paper together and hand-cut the curve. The edges were a little rough and uneven, so I distressed them to hide that.
I colored the patterned paper using blending brushes on the flowers and leaves and a Light Pool Party Stampin' Blends marker for the background.
Thanks for looking!

I think rococo rose has been my favorite SU color since blackberry bliss. Love how you featured it on the belly band.

We were thinking on the same lines when we titled our cards! This is beautiful - the soft coloring on the BG paper is gorgeous and that layering of the heart really makes it stand out beautifully!

So classic, layered and pretty! Love your use of the colors. I see why it is the favorite color challenge card from last week. Beautifully done! Hugz
