My demonstrator showed how to make a starburst card in her online class last Tuesday. She also is encouraging us to use our designer papers. Making a starburst card had been on my list of things to try, so I'm glad she showed us how to do it. It's easier than I thought it would be. You basically cut 1 1/2 x 5 inch rectangles (or other sizes work too) and then cut them diagonally. Arrange them on your panel and trim off the excess.
