My favorite mug to have Hot Chocolate in is a Cobalt Blue one that I bought years ago because it was a good big size. I always leave my spoon in the mug while I drink the Chocolate so I can stir it again when the Chocolate starts to settle. After painting this I really wanted a cup of Chocolate, but I'll have it tomorrow morning. Great challenge!

I like how you drew/painted YOUR hot cocoa mug and even added the spoon that you keep in it, Pat. You did a super job with the challenge! The marshmallows and frothy cocoa are SO well depicted....and the cobalt blue mug and shadow are well done too.

Fabulous work on this challenge, Pat. I love that you put the spoon in the cup. I also like the blue cup...so pretty. The marshmallows look great. I am so glad you are enjoying the challenges.

Another inviting painting with the fantastic sketching and painting of the mug of hot cocoa. Glad you are enjoying the challenges and we are enjoying your uploads. Really like your marshmallows, their color and how they seem to be floating. Great job. Tried to favored it, but that's not working:(. TFS

Your hot cocoa turned out great! Love the froth pooling around those puffy marshmallows. I even see a few swirl trails from the last still with that spoon. (which by the way is a good idea - who wants to end up with all the good stuff stuck to the bottom?)
