i've got these 3D decoupage sheets for ages and knew there was one with bells for sure!! I've used an brayer-off print, with left overs from different backgrounds, fussy cut and layered the 3D image, stamped the 2021 ens New Year sentiments, added some stars and dotted with white gel pen, layered with a silver holographic die cut on black linen, I've distressed the edges just a bit with my fingers, added some snow effect on the image and that's my card to wish you all a happy New Year with all the best wishes, let's make it a good and happy year all together, and continue to be crafty!!

Oh wow, Anita - that is one beautiful decoupage sheet! And the texture in your brayered-off piece is fantastic. They are a great combination, and the silver framing looks super.
