This is one of the very few of these approximately 50 hand-stitched cards that was not given to my Mom in a large set of 44 hand-stitched cards, to a Mom who is an extremely talented cross-stitcher. Instead, I gave this and 2 others to one family. This was sent to a very dear friend, Daphne, whose friendship I treasure!!! She lives in the southern states with her husband and it's a joy to be in touch with her whenever possible! She is a talented painter like her wonderful Dad, and when I introduced her to card-making some years ago, she uses her painting skills often in her artwork, she makes the most beautiful cards!!! I admire her work, which shows such artistry--what talent she has!
