I don't have a bold outline stamp but decided to try it with this lovely Festive Flowers stamp. After stamping and heat embossing, I followed the steps to spray it and then drop watercolor powders over the stamped image.
Once dry, I cut the panel with a rectangle framelit and then cut the corner off. I added the white glitter paper as a mat for that panel. I heat set the sentiment, die cut it along with a white glitter mat, and popped it up with foam tape adding three sequins to finish.
