Lisa is our hostess for the WTUI this week. You can find her fun challenge HERE. Actually, I made a more traditional tent topper for my Teapot Tuesday card this week, so for these two cards I used more of a partial die-cutting technique.
Sizzix Peacock cut from blue shimmer paper and backed onto Bazzill for strength. Wings cut from Bazzill, some with the shimmer paper. Feathers are glitter card and the shimmer paper. MFT sentiment cut from gold mirror card. Black base embossed with Spellbinders MBossabilities Elegance and rubbed with Craft-T luster rub-ons. I used the Partial Die-cutting tutorial which is HERE

The gorgeous shimmery, sparkly and colorful peacock just pops and draws the eye right to it. It looks amazing against that rich textured background, Sabrina! What an incredibly beautiful birthday card!

Oh, I could sit and look at this beauty for a long time and still not take it all in! What a lot of time you must have put into this and, wow, is it worth it! Spectacular!
