Great challenge! My girlfriend and I shared a cat for years. When she went out of town. I got the cat, Clarence. And when we went out of town, she got Clarence back. Clarence came as a rescue and lived until he was many years old.....sweet cat. Now I have a rescue dog...

This card make me chuckle. That cat is so cute! Love the embossed bg as well as the polka dotted scallop frame. Enjoyed your story. Sounds like Clarence was very spoiled. So fun.

Sharing sounds like a good way to go - holidays are definitely harder when you have pets. My physio from last year had a similar arrangement with his parents to yours. We have often gone and stayed in my aunt's to look after her dogs. Cats seem easier, more independent mostly. I think your cat looks sweet and I really like your sentiment.
