I knew that would be my inspiration. I purchased this cute reindeer bag die at the end of last year when Sizzix had a sale and almost forgot I had it 'till I was looking through all my Christmas supplies.
I used kraft core paper and sanded it so the kraft would show through for the ears, face front, nose and antlers - it gives some dimension as well. I added a red rhinestone to make him "Rudolph".
I die cut the holly pieces using a die from Winter Wardrobe. I cut them out of rustic cream card stock and colored the pieces with Copics before layering them
I'll be making 3 more of these for my Grand nephews and nieces for Christmas (and maybe some for friends too?!)
Thanks for the festive site today Amy!

Oh my, this is just the cutest reindeer. I think any age person would love this. I need to get that die to make boxes for my grands and maybe adults, too. The sanding was a great idea.
