This Teapotter Challenge introduced us to Zentangling - I never knew there was a name for what I find myself doing to the agenda during long meetings! I tried several different stencils before deciding on this one. Being a small image, I used a .2 micro-line pen to trace the outline and interior designs. Thanks for this great challenge!

Peace is the perfect sentiment for this lovely dove. Your designs flow through the bird and add to the calm this image invokes. I hope you will find this to be the beginning of a love affair with a graceful form of art that you can enjoy anywhere, even in those tedious meetings.

You and others thought of a stencil, which was genius. I hope you keep going with this. One simple trick: draw a simple shape, like a triangle, then 'aura' it....meaning outline it, multiple times, trying to keep similar spacing and then draw the same shape off of one edge, maybe going in a different direction, aura it and before you know it, you've created your own Zentangle. And shading makes a big different too, because it makes it two dimensional. Keep going! Favd this beauty!
