I like Sonja's idea of the fold/sketch; since I already had this panel done for Lydia's diecut collage, I decided to stick with the sketch. I'll come back with the fold. I still intend to do your last fold, Sonja, just hasn't come together yet.

I've had these little wooden trees for a long time, had them out on my desk because I thought about using them on another project but didn't. They're diecuts, right? Glued them on and sprayed many blue and green DOx sprays on them, letting the layers dry. Still looks a little monochromatic to me. I splattered with water and gold and silver acrylic paint. I used vellum for the top treatment because I didn't want to cover much. The sentiment is a Sizzix ef/die combo. It's so pretty and a bit different. Thanks, Sonja and Lydia.

Love, love, love how you wrapped and stapled the vellum. The torn edges are such a wonderful contrast to the sharp pine tree shapes. The splatters bring on the chill of snow and what a joyful composition this is. Thanks for playing in the challenge(s).
