I stenciled the Duo tone foiling paste, onto an acrylic painted panel, let it dry and then applied the foil. Magic! Stamped the bulbs on scraps of marbled and paste paper scraps, embossed in black and then embossed again in clear for shine. Fussy cut them and the black embossed wire strand. Embossed the sentiment and there was too much stray black powder for my taste, so I camouflaged it by adding a little red with a rubber thumb page turner tool. Mounted on a navy blue card.
