I used distress oxides with this two piece star stencil. I started with the open space stencil to ink up the yellow star, and then I covered up the star with the cut out star stencil so I could brush some blue oxide ink around the star. I added a bit of extra yellow to the center of the star to give it that hazy halo effect. This is for Dina's Falliday Fest challenge today. :-)
