I don't have any firefighter stamps so searched a coloring page and found this firefighter, water colored him, not easy for me because I don't know the colors in the States but I think this is okay, I've stenciled the wall with chalk ink, stamped the sentiment and added the stars.

Anita these colors are perfect. I have seen black, red, and yellow fire uniforms. When he was the fire chief for the circus he did not have a uniform he wore all day. So I don't know what color the one was that he had for the circus. I would have to ask him what color the uniform was for the city fire department too as that was many years ago that he worked for the city. Thank you so much for making my wonderful uncle a card. This is sure to bring him a big smile.

I really like your star background and sentiment, Anita. Interesting, I'd never thought about what colour the uniform is. I remember many years ago when there was a fire in the apartment diagonally above us, the couple directly above us brought their baby down to our apartment, and after the fire crew had dealt with the emergency, one of them came in to give us a talk about smoke alarms. But I cannot remember what he wore!! The brickwork on your tag is super.

What a heartwarming and encouraging sentiment for Neil!

Wonderful card that honors Neil as a first responder. The stars feel patriotic without being explicitly so and I really like that it can mean so many things. Great card.

Your firefighter is perfect, Anita. Our city department has uniform just like you colored and when I lived in the smaller adjoining town, they wore bright yellow with black trim (mostly because yellow is a high visibility color in murky lighting). Love the way you used that tag to make your image pop. Your stenciled wall looks awesome.
