I got the jack o'lantern stencil (that I HAD to have) from Simon Says Stamp but did not have a chance to use it for last Halloween. So, I was determined to use it this year. I had a yellow, red and orange acrylic paint gelli plate pull in my stash that was perfect for the background. I used glitter paste through the stencil for the faces, spaced apart so they'd fit in the windows of the Mama Elephant die. I meant to only use the damask stencil as an impression, but used the side of the stencil that still had paint on it from a Watercolor Wednesday technique a couple of weeks back. ;) Thanks for looking!

Cool pumpkins and great background to use from the Watercolor Wednesday leftover...seems perfect.

I'll have to look at that pumpkin stencil...you used the glitter paste for the pumpkins? So much texture, it almost looks like a dried fruit or the like...so cool.

Your jack o'lanterns look so textured I thought they were like slices of marshmellos on your background but I see they are behind cutouts, so fun! And what a lovely background you used for your inspired card!

What great effects you accomplished in this awesome and unusual Halloween card. Your textural pumpkins glow and those faces are so quirky. Very very fun!

Ohhhh - the texture is amazing. Yes, while I know they are pumpkins, I see orange rinds in that texture and thought "that would be fun for someone like me who lives alone" - I could make a mini jack-o-lantern with an orange & black sharpie so I could still eventually use the fruit!
The soft damask in the bg looks fab.
