F4A554 = Stencil, Sparkle, Shine - use a stencil and add sparkle and / or shine
I just added sparkle with my sparkling embossing powder on the sentiment and red glitter stick-on domes for the berries and the border of red glitter cs.
I sponged with Distress inks, then trimmed with an inverted scallop die, and bordered in red glitter cs cut with the next size up of inverted scallop die.

The inverted scallop dies create such a unique design and your soft stenciling and all the glittery goodness look just wonderful!

I think this is the first time I am seeing the inverted scallop die and it's so eye-catching. I love it! Your sparkle looks fabulous and you did a beautiful job on the holly stenciling!
