I'd be willing to be good money that we all could create with Anita's cut and mix TLC until forever! All you need it great paper and I had it with this Club Scrap Christmas card stock.
The special cs is embossed with gold and, believe it or not, the base is not royal blue, it's night of navy and matches the darker cs perfectly. I popped up the centers on both, cut some stars and embellishments and added a Christmas stamp. Last minute, I decided to do a little foiling on the edges. Maybe I'll add a bit more of that.

Very pretty and so cool, Jean. You always find some really cool way to do everything! The foiling is such a great detail as is the stars. Wonderful. Hugz
