Not too long ago, there was a piece on CBS Sunday Morning about graffiti becoming more of a serious art form. Spray paint has become more of a medium for art instead of vandalism. I remembered that I had this piece of cardboard that I used for texture painting on some tissue paper. Many colors of acrylic on it and I thought it was too cool to throw out.
It's all about Tim today as I used one of his texture fade folders and swiped some black on it. Stamps are Tim's also, I thought it was a good statement about how we look at art and other things, especially in the current climate we are enduring.

ha, I had totally thought you used black cardstock and white washed it with paint over the top of the texture, I love the look of black and white for that it really lets all the colors of the cardboard shine here.

Every element of the world is a piece of art, because of its shape, textures, or patterns, so every eye should behold and take in what it contributes to the world of art and its fascinating elements. I love this and what you have created by using this element that speaks for itself but really accents and compliments others it is put together with. Great work!

Super cool creation, Jean. Love the background and the cardboard - all looks like painted metal and has a fab feeling and look. Perspective - it drives everything. Wonderful! Hugz
