Welcome to Monday! Today's TLC features hammered embossing, which simply means using an embossing folder and a hammer or rolling pin to pinpoint some of the folder's pattern. No running the folder through the Big Shot!
After a few bumps in the road, I decided to try the rolling pin with this brick ef. The theme of my card quickly became about a break in a wall, opening up your mind. I used several colors and types of ink and coloring to color the brick, embossed the heart, added another favorite sentiment and sequins. I also added some of the ink on the edges of the base.
I hope you join in with the TLC team!

Very clever to open the mind and wall! Great with the brick bg!

Another great sentiment, so full of truth. I like the little popped-up heart sequins combined with the copper embossing. Great distressed look for the wall.
