This week's Tea Party recipients, Howard and Paula, live in Texas and love gnomes. As soon as I read that, I rushed to Mo's Digital Pencil to grab this brand new image, which I thought fit the theme perfectly, The Texas State flag is red, white and blue so that was the color inspiration for this card.
Pretty straight forward: Print, color, die cut, die cut, die cut, die cut, die cut, glue. I did try to hand cut around the red oval to reduce the size. Unlike the Amish, I don't have to deliberately add a mistake, I just have to try and fussycut something. Hopefully, Howard and Paula will be so enamored with that adorable gnome they won't notice the wonky cutting.
Hope you are all having a wonderful day enjoying all your favorite things too. TFL.

OMG this is the perfect card! You've got the stars covered and that amazing horse riding gnome with lasso will surely bring a laugh to this Texas couple.

A cowboy gnome, and with a great moustache as well! Oh my, how absolutely perfect, and how adorable. Super CAS design with the layered ovals and stars.

Oh my goodness, your write up is too funny. You are a hoot, and so is this wonderful image, Debbie. And you managed to get some wonderful stars in too. This is excellent and I don't see any wonkiness at all. (I think about the Amish making a mistake on purpose too in their quilts.) Well done, my friend, you nailed the challenge with this!
