The colors on this one were jump started by this serene shot inside the pippin poppycock site that Julie has led us to for this week's Inspiration challenge found here. I seen so many things I had book marked but, I kept coming back to this one because, I have a little pile of various backgrounds made during DTGD that I really want to play with and that is how this came about, there is Copper metallic rub-on over the numbers and a pearl-ish color on the edges of the seashell in the background. The nuvo drops were cleaned off with a rag after I had added more color to the linen paper a few times because, every time I misted it with water instead of getting lighter oxidized looking spots I got a faded blended look to all the colors on the seahorse. Thanks for this challenge Julie & tfl.

You make me feel as if I am at the ocean with this beauty. I love the blended look of the seahorse and every detail behind it is fabulous. Super card, Stacy.
