Well, this challenge was challenging, to say the least. I have no deer, raccoons, hunting stuff, Nascar stuff, hot sauce stuff and was totally stuck yesterday. I wanted to make a pop-up card and got part way done yesterday but today just hated what I'd done. So here is my card for the teapot challenge. A simple scene popped up on a brick background. The inside sentiment says: "Sometimes you gotta forget the Grind...& Enjoy the Perks!" Enjoy!

Vicky,
You have a great dog and some super coffee elements so he would love this just as much as the other cards. He is no stranger to roasting coffee beans and grinding them although these days he loves a k-cup - lol. Hound dogs have a special place in his heart. When he speaks of them, his eyes light up and he becomes totally animated. He was an excellent trainer and had those dogs trained to do some really fun things as well as hunt 'coons.
Thanks for making this! Hugz

This is such a great card and love the grinder. I think Nancy's dad will love this scene and the dog.

That is a superfun sentiment inside - although I don't know very many people who make percolator coffee these days, LOL. My sister does, mind you. I really like your scene with the sack of coffee and faithful dog waiting by the front door.

Well your choice to switch to this card was perfect because this card is perfectly adorable. Love that hound with the coffee bag and grinder. Certainly captures two of his great loves. And the inside sentiment is punny fun. Great card.
