I began by inking up my white cardstock panel with Distress Oxide inks. I lifted the colour by using water and inks then stamped the snowflake and white heat embossed it. I pop dotted the sentiment and splattered it with my white Posca pen.
Also adding my card to Ceal's DTGD challenge.
