I couldn't stop with just one very plain Thank You card so I got to work and make one that is more my style in terms of color and bling.
I love how it turned out (and that it enabled me to use up several scraps of card stock). However, in retrospect, I wish I had first spent all the time lining things up on scrap card stock so that it would be easier to make more of these without all the hassle of trying to get everything spaced out and aligned properly. Live and learn.
Die cut the THANKS from several colors of Bazzill card stock.
Die cut a stitched panel using MFT die and then die cut the THANKS 4 times and inlaid my colored THANKS in each color.
Assembled my card then sprinkled clear star sequins to add a festive feel.

Oh, great card - I love the colors, repetition and the look of the inlays. I hear you about wishing ____ to make it easier next time around! But do I learn? Nope.
