You've Got A Friend - a good friend to write to and send cards to - the old fashioned way.
I stamped my Paper Roses gumnut baby image and coloured her with water colour pencils and added some gold sparkle to the little wreath of blossoms. Used a Darkroom Door script stamp and added some shades of yellow to the background.
I have had this beautiful wattle flower background for ages and thought it would match nicely with the little gum blossom baby.
Hope you enjoy.

Oh my gosh, Helen this is beyond adorable!!! I could sit here for the longest time and look at your precious gumnut baby in her gum tree - as always, your colouring is terrific. I love the framing and gorgeous wattle background. I saw my first hint of wattle this morning (in the one hour a day that we are allowed to be outside). I digress, thanks for bringing the Aussie gem to the Friendship challenge gallery. Stay safe.

Did you hear me squealing! Oh my goodness Helen, what a wonderful surprise, this precious gumnut baby finally arrived in Melbourne - the post date was weeks ago! This is even more precious in real life and will sit front and centre on the maantle piece for the longest time. Thank you so very much.

Another gorgeous Gumnut Baby. Your choice of papers is so perfect and I love the that you have made her into a wattle baby. How lucky you are Susie to get this treasure in the mail.
