This was a fun challenge, it took me back to the days in Florida when my patio had the view of my fence camy flamingo oasis with palm trees and water. This was my inspiration: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/270356783869777333/
I used Spellbinders flamingo die to cut out my flamingo and my LZBRDY flower stamp and die, subtle palm tree stamp by stampabilities.
I colored the background with water colored artist pencils and used my aqua brushes to even out the color. I adhered my flamingo and flower to the card stock and ran it through my big shot with SU pine planks embossing folder to embed the flower and flamingo into the pine plank.

This is so cool! I love the BG you colored with the pencils! Attaching your flamingo and flower, then embossing with the wood plank folder gave such a terrific look! Well done!

Wonderful tropical scene. Love the woodgrain embossing. It does looks like a fence painting. How fun for you to have memories of your Florida patio. Great card!
