I used the same Penny Black stamp I used for Wednesday's water color challenge but this time I just stamped the image in black ink and water colored over it.
I had scored lines for the fence look, but the watercoloring made them less visible so I actually ended up cutting on the score lines and then layering the strips onto my card base with a small space between each piece.
