Watched a video for altering playing cards. I hope to use these in an art journal or Junk journal, or on a scrap page! Thanks Nancy and Jayne for the videos. So fun to just play! I used the tissue that covered the candy I got at Christmas. I did some stenciling and painted some gesso and a little of other stuff, too.
thanks for looking.

I am always so impressed when I see artwork that I know is not old but looks so realistically aged--this is FABULOUS!!! And the collage that you have put together is very fascinating, this is just plain COOL!!! I especially love how the colors look so aged, really terrific artwork!

Sharon this is very cool! (I love any chocolate from Belgium, having been there). Love the big leaf you added and that is a great sentiment! Always a good day, when your playing results in this!

I love this altered card and being a choc-a-holic... Godiva is mwah! anyway, the jewelry at the top is so 'charming'. haha and just elevates this design to vintage beauty! thanks for the nice review you left me, too. Take good care and THANKS for including me on the list of players. Teresaps, my hubby threw away all the decks of cards we had (all old) during this pandemic house / cupboard cleaning months. so, I really went sideways on my projects, but yours is perfect : )

Sharon this is awesome. I agree with the over sentiments....it does look vintage, great collage and terrific sentiment. You do some beautiful creations and we all have different styles. This will look fabulous on a scrapbook page...maybe used as a pocket? That’s what I’m thinking of doing with mine. I love the fact you recycled your choccie paper..looks fab. So glad you are playing and having fun. TFS. Happy day and today is going to be a good one. Hugs

How fun and love the great napkin you found! I'll have to ask for some of that chocolate for Christmas just for the napkin : ) Great job with this challenge!
