For the background, I spritzed water on tissue paper, then sprinkled on brushos, and spritzed again. I pressed cardstock on the wet tissue and took a 'print' to be used later. Once the tissue was dry, I crumbled it up, then flattened it somewhat and glued it to white cardstock using matte mod podge. I brushed the mod podge over the top as well. Once the glue was dry, I added texture paste through a stencil. The flowers are fussy cut.
